How hire works

From wishlist to wedding day in six simple steps

Everything is designed to save you emails. Build your list once, send it once, and we take it from there.

01

Browse and build your wishlist

Add pieces from the collection or start from a styled look. Quantities follow each item’s minimum and pack size, so your numbers are always ones we can deliver.

02

Send one quote request

Add your date, venue, guest count and any setup notes. Your wishlist travels with it, complete with SKUs, options and quantities.

03

Receive your written quote

Within one working day we confirm availability, delivery, setup and collection, with a clear total and no surprises.

04

Confirm and reserve

Happy with everything? Confirm your booking and pay the deposit. We reserve every piece for your date.

05

Delivery and setup

Our crew arrives in your agreed slot, unloads, and places tables and chairs to your plan if you have booked setup.

06

Collection

After the event we count, pack and collect everything. No washing up - just stack plates and glasses back in their crates.

Minimums and pack sizes

Your wishlist does the maths

Napkins come in packs of ten. Type 25 and your wishlist rounds up to 30, and tells you it did. Every piece shows its minimum and pack size, so the quote you receive matches the list you sent.

You typed 25 - we set 30

Crossback Chair

Multiples of 2, minimum 10

You typed 7 - we set 10

You typed 40 - we set 48

Questions

Good to know before you book

Can’t find your answer? Send us a message and we will reply within one working day.

How far ahead should I book?

Popular pieces book up for summer Saturdays, so many couples reserve six to nine months ahead. Short notice? Send your list anyway - we often have more availability than you’d think.

Is there a minimum order?

Each piece has its own minimum, shown on the item. There is no overall order minimum, though delivery is priced by distance.

How long is the hire period?

Standard hire covers delivery the day before and collection the day after your event. Longer hires are quoted individually.

Do I need to wash anything?

No. Scrape plates, empty glasses and stack them back in their crates. We wash, launder and check everything back at the warehouse.

What if something gets broken?

Accidents happen at good parties. Breakages and losses are charged at the replacement cost listed in our hire terms, and we always talk you through it first.

Can I see pieces before I book?

Yes. Warehouse viewings in Winchester are available by appointment on weekdays.
